CDC Launch

Share

We are grateful and honored that CDC, a Filipino real estate company, chose us to be its caterer during its launch last Aug 6. The event is momentous for us because we feel we are starting to raise the level of our clientele from personal occasions to corporate (sosyal!).

But let this not to be mistaken as moving away from our original purpose to which this small endeavor has been conceptualized. We still and will always be serving personal gatherings such as birthdays, christening or dedications, promotions, etc.

Those moments are so dear to us, because even if they appear to be small occasion, it is during those times, we feel we are part of the family that celebrates, or that we share in those tiny accomplishments and victories our kababayans had accomplished (snif snif...tissue please!).

You can see from below that the event is attended by VIP's. Ayan nga o, andyan pa si Labor Attache Vic rubbing elbows with CDC's Saudi sponsors.

We also had to come up with blue and yellow skirtings in line with the corporate colors of the company. And here's the result. Di talaga ubra lahat ng kulay...masyado mahal! Cheers!

Here's the menu that we served during the launch:

Fish Fillet in Sweet & Sour Sauce

Mixed Seafood Fried Rice

Lumpiang Shanghai

Mixed Pansit Bihon/Canton
