We're back!
After more than 3 weeks of hiatus in blogging, we are glad to present our latest catering venture fresh from yesterday's event.
A group gathering composed of more than 500 pax celebrated the graduation of its members. In respect to its solemnity, as it is an exclusive event for members only, we limit the details only to the date, which is 13th of November, and the place, at Tents Resort which is impressive in size. Based on our humble estimate, its can accomodate no less than a thousand pax, and the parking lot can squeeze in more cars than any resorts in Obhur for that matter.
We arranged the buffet table in a u-shape formation to facilitate smooth flow of guests. We had 16 sets of shelfing dish with 12 large pans more as back-ups.
But our guess is that being a first-timer in catering to that huge number has its set-backs.
But we admit. We had our shortcoming on this particular event. We were short in soup and rice. Our forecasts failed bigtime, as there were guests who were really disappointed.

artscooking@yahoo.com for details) composed of one viand for each menu selection (please refer to download link for our menu), plus plus. Here's what we served during the occasion: Spicy Mongolian Chicken, Beef Brocolli, Fish Fillet in Sweet & Sour Sauce, Mixed Veggies, Chinese Fried Rice, & Buko Pandan.
