We're back!

After more than 3 weeks of hiatus in blogging, we are glad to present our latest catering venture fresh from yesterday's event.

A group gathering composed of more than 500 pax celebrated the graduation of its members. In respect to its solemnity, as it is an exclusive event for members only, we limit the details only to the date, which is 13th of November, and the place, at Tents Resort which is impressive in size. Based on our humble estimate, its can accomodate no less than a thousand pax, and the parking lot can squeeze in more cars than any resorts in Obhur for that matter.

We arranged the buffet table in a u-shape formation to facilitate smooth flow of guests. We had 16 sets of shelfing dish with 12 large pans more as back-ups.

But our guess is that being a first-timer in catering to that huge number has its set-backs.

But we admit. We had our shortcoming on this particular event. We were short in soup and rice. Our forecasts failed bigtime, as there were guests who were really disappointed.

From the bottom of our hearts, please accept our sincere apologies!

The group availed of our discount package (please e-mail us at artscooking@yahoo.com for details) composed of one viand for each menu selection (please refer to download link for our menu), plus plus. Here's what we served during the occasion: Spicy Mongolian Chicken, Beef Brocolli, Fish Fillet in Sweet & Sour Sauce, Mixed Veggies, Chinese Fried Rice, & Buko Pandan.

We shall try our best to post our previous catering gigs for the last 3 weeks. We will try a retro-approach in between latest events. To the followers of this blog, thank you for your support and understanding.

bakit ganun sarap pa naman soup ninyo nabitin naunahan nga ako ng mga kasamahan ko.Buti na lang nauna ako sa pila kung hindi di rin ako inabot ng rice.pero in fairness naman masarap food ninyo at super init pa ng food.Larry

nagutom kami masyado sana naman nagpakain na sila kaagad para di na kami nagutom sasarap pa naman ng food nuong time na nmin wala na rice. nakakainis bakit naman nagkaganun?

nakya ninyo ang more than 600 wow ibang level na kayo artscooking.Bakit naman nagkulang kayo ng rice baka naman sumobra sarap kaya ganun nagkulang ang alm ko sa artscooking lagi lagi meorng pa sobra sila kasi nak order na me before sa kanila.

naubusan ng rice exact sakin buti na lang after 30 minutes nagkaruon ulit rice .K na din naman atleast nakapag take out ako ha,ha,ha,ha...sorry na lang duon sa di nakakain kais naman di sila mabilis .

ei...give the guys a break! from 'karton ng sofdrinks' to 16 sets of shelfing dish and 12 aluminum food pans more. i still find artscooking's record impressive.

aminado naman na may pagkakamali sila. and this is i feel is more important, that they acknowledge it, and i'm sure they will learn from it.

just don't rub it too much. i'm sure di rin nila ginusto yon.

at sa mga attendees nung event. bka naman nakakalimot kayo kung ano yung bigger purpose nang event. we need to spread the good news, and avoid pointing fingers at people's mistakes.
