madami na din pala mga naging client kayo.nakita ko lang link ninyo sa expatriate ng kabayan.meron pala ganito na catering na nalalagay pa sa internet.nakakatuwa lang din po.Tsaka mukhang masasarap food ninyo.refer ko kayo sa consulate lagi merong events duon baka gusto ninyo kayo ang ang offcial caterer duon.Milagros

Pancit Malabon

½ k. rice noodles, soaked in water & drained
½ cup pechay baguio, sliced
½ cup mung bean sprouts (tongue)
½ cup chinese parsley (kinchay)
½ cup smoked tinapa, flaked
½ cup pork crackling (chicharon), crushed
1 cup shrimps, cooked & shelled
1 cup oyster, cooked
1 cup pork, cubed and cooked
¼ k. squid, cooked a la adobo
2 tbsps. garlic, fried
¼ cup spring onions, finely chopped
2 eggs, hard cooked & sliced
calamansi

For the sauce:
3 tbsps. achuete oil
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
3 cups shrimp juice
6 tbsps. all purpose flour, mixed in
½ cup water
salt & pepper to taste


Using a pan, heat the achuete oil and sauté in garlic. Add the shrimp juice and bring to a boil. Thicken the mixture with flour and season to taste; set aside.

Toss the noodles in the above sauce, along with the tinapa and the chicharon. Transfer onto a plate and garnish with shrimps, oyster, pork, squid, garlic, eggs and spring onions. Serve with calamansi on the side.
